Email from Mayra R.

I would like to take a moment to thank you on such outstanding service and professionalism!

I took my vehicle in Friday May 21, 2010 and was given a courtesy ride home so I didn’t have to wait in the shop lobby…I got a lot of things accomplished and was home when the children got off the school bus. Then a simple phone call that my vehicle was ready and someone would be at my house to pick me up shortly was so thoughtful. I was so impressed at the timely manner in which the repair was done and the quality of the work!

I have a young child and drive a lot so maintaining my car in good safe working condition is vital to me. Thanks again!!!

Yesterday, January 8, I was about three miles from home when my car’s low tire pressure indicator appeared. It was nearly 6:00 p.m. and I could think of no place along the way to stop to get the tires checked.

As I drove along I remembered that your store is on Grant. Hoping you would still be open, I pulled in. As I approached the door I saw that closing time is 6:00 p.m., but the door was not locked and I walked in at probably 6:02. When the man completed the transaction with the couple at the counter, I stepped up and started to explain why I was there. He immediately requested my key, went to the repair area, and then to my car. He pulled it in and another man immediately started adding air to the tires.

I came in after closing, but was not turned away, and the person airing the tires acted like it was no problem whatsoever to perform the service. And when I asked how much I owed, I was told nothing.

You have no idea how much I appreciated the help. It was dark, windy and extremely cold, and I was so relieved to have the problem not only taken care of, but so courteously. Unfortunately, it never occurred to me to get the names of the two gentlemen who helped me in such a huge way so they can be recognized.

Thank you for being there and for helping me.

Lorene G.

We are new to Spring and have found the auto repair shop we will be using for all our auto repair needs. I highly recommend them.

My car was leaking oil, had a rattle on the muffler from scraping the back on our very steep driveway, and needed an inspection sticker. Took my car to CBA on Grant & Louetta and was expecting a steep bill but was very pleasantly surprised to only get charged for the inspection sticker. They told me the oil drain plug was loose which they tightened and also tightened the exhaust extension both at no charge. I know had I taken it elsewhere I would have ended up with a high repair bill for repairs they “supposedly did”, especially since I am a woman.

Christian Brothers Automotive truly do live up to their saying: “At Christian Brothers Automotive, we seek to glorify God by providing ethical and excellent automotive repair service for our customers.” I will be telling all of our friends, especially the women, about CBA on Grant and Louetta as they are honest, trustworthy, dependable, friendly and Christians!!

Never a second thought! When it comes to asking myself who I should trust my car with, the answer is always the same… Christian Brothers on Grant Road. These folks have gone above and beyond on every instance. In fact, I once dropped off my vehicle because I had an electrical problem. They spent they’re own time isolating the problem and only charged for the actual repair itself…. and not for the time to first find the problem. Highly recommended!!
